Purchase Oder (PO): This can be made thru phone calls, email and or sms followed by sending the written Purchase Order send by fax or an email.
Mode of delivery: The ordered products will be sent to our client by sea and or by air or to any forwarder that we agreed upon during the negotiation. All products was quoted as FOB Davao.
Failure of the delivery on time because of uncontrolled circumstances such us war, fire, natural calamity, industrial unrest and business dispute the contract between KATAKUS and the buyer shall either be fulfilled whenever that certain circumstance will allow and there is re-negotiation and or cancel the said transaction.
Payment Terms: We ask 50% down payment upon placing the order and the remaining 50% will be paid upon delivery of the products. Payment can be made via bank to bank transaction at Metro Politan bank and Trust Co. Account name Kababayen-an Alang sa Teknolohiya nga Haum sa Kinaiyahan ug kauswagan, KATAKUS, Inc. Peso Account number 665-7-665-004666. For the Dollar Account number 665-2-66500278-5 with the SWIFT code MTBC PHMM Routing No. 02602846 located in Roxas, Davao City, Philippines. Payment also can be made thru money transfer and pay pal. Production of the order will depend on the confirmation of the Purchase Order and the down payment and negotiation for the delivery and payment of the remaining balance.
The freight cost during the shipment of the products will be shouldered by the buyer since all products is FOB Davao. After the dispatched of the products the risk will be transferred to the buyers since the mode of delivery will be agreed before. Wrong, faulty and damaged products should be reported within 5 days upon receipts of the products with corresponding photos and or images to proved the damaged. Failure to give noticed within the set period the buyer is liable for the payment of all invoiced goods.
Nature of Products: Since products are handmade and made out of papers, fibers, dried flowers and leaves and other indigenous materials be it known that there will be a variation among colors, shapes, texture and appearances of the materials used in every items and or batches of the production because of its seasonality all year round.
Customized Services: We offer customized jobs of each product lines depending on the client needs. We highly respect our client with regards to their own specific designs not to duplicate it to other client.
There is no any agreement stated in this terms and conditions that will bind between KATAKUS and the client unless it was discussed and put into writing and signed by the duly authorized representative and the client.
